Congratulations, you’re going to be a mommy! Pregnancy and childbirth are the most beautiful stages in a woman’s life. At Inovavita we know this! And that’s why we accompany you throughout this wonderful process.
This great privilege of being a mom comes with significant responsibilities, the first of which is to care for both mom and baby. The best way to take care of them is by maintaining good prenatal care and following the WHO (World Health Organization) recommendation to visit the gynecologist at least six times during pregnancy.
During pregnancy, conditions such as gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, endocrine problems, hypothyroidism, anemia, and diseases that can affect both your and your baby’s health may occur. Not skimping on visits to the gynecologist or on the tests prescribed helps us to prevent and treat these conditions and ensures that our baby is growing healthy, receiving the right amount of oxygen, that our body is providing the necessary nutrients, and that our vital signs and levels are ready for the time of birth.

Maternal and fetal follow-up at Inovavita consists of:
1.- Ultrasounds and follow-up ultrasound scans for all the weeks of pregnancy, to monitor the development of your baby and make sure everything is fine. We have 3D and 4D ultrasounds.
In the case of pregnant women, ultrasound exams are performed to detect the highest risk cases of maternal or fetal problems. In addition, they have the more specific objective of obtaining an appreciation of the characteristics and general conformation of the baby, placenta and amniotic fluid.
2.- Embryonic development usually lasts 9 months, and is divided into trimesters, in each of these trimesters it is important that you go to a doctor specialized in maternal-fetal care, to cover all the needs of both you and your baby. At Inovavita we have specialists to accompany you in this process!
3.- Creation of a clinical record and punctual follow up during the most important stage of your life, we know that being a mother is the most important step of your life, that is why it is necessary to keep a Check up of everything that happens during this journey.
4.- Breastfeeding. We are proud to say that we support breastfeeding, because we know that it has many benefits, in addition to strengthening the mother-child bond. So during pregnancy we will answer all your questions and train you to strengthen this bond.
5-. We perform the delivery either natural or by cesarean section, in the hospital of your choice, our medical specialists to track your pregnancy are already familiar with your process and we can not miss the time of delivery.
